Neo Cover Base GÉMELY is a universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to easily smooth the surface of the nail, hide minor imperfections and give natural nails a delicate, soft shade.

The bases have a medium consistency, are easy to smooth and do not require additional effort when working, therefore they are suitable for both experienced masters and beginners.

The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel and Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates the selection of color for the client.

How to use:

Apply a thin layer of base coat to prepared nails, dry for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.

Remove the sticky layer.

Apply a clear or colored base coat.

Dry for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
